VIII.2. Obligations and responsibilities of Tabtab.me Management Board

With the desire to build an intermediary portal connecting and providing real estate information quickly and effectively, Tabtab.me will make maximum efforts and seriously eliminate dishonest and inaccurate information.

Tabtab.me Management Board is obliged to receive feedback from Tabtab.me members and other related parties (If any).

Accordingly, Tabtab.me Management Board has timely measures to handle when detecting or receiving feedback on illegal business activities on Tabtab.me including and not limited to the following:

• Prevent and eliminate information providing goods and services in the list of prohibited goods and services, restricted goods and prohibited business lines according to the provisions of law.

• Review and remove information providing counterfeit goods, counterfeit goods, smuggled goods, goods infringing intellectual property rights and other goods and services that violate the law when detecting or receiving valid feedback about this information.

• Remove information about goods and services that violate the law within 24 hours of receiving a request from a competent state management agency.

• Remove inaccurate information immediately upon receiving valid feedback about this information.

• Warn or refuse to provide services for a limited period or permanently to individuals, traders and organizations that conduct business activities that violate the law.

Transactions related to real estate between buyers and sellers, between tenants and landlords or transactions between parties in need are completely independent transactions and the parties involved in the transaction must be responsible for their own actions. Tabtab.me only participates as an information bridge and does not participate in any activities or content of the agreement in the transaction between the two parties.

Tabtab.me always makes the best effort within the scope and conditions possible to maintain the operation of Tabtab.me and overcome technical problems that may occur such as: technical problems with machinery, software errors, internet transmission systems, personnel, social fluctuations, natural disasters, power outages, decisions of state agencies or a third party related organization. However, in case of force majeure, the above incidents occur beyond the control of Tabtab.me, Tabtab.me is exempted from all responsibility.

Support state management agencies in investigating and handling illegal business activities and resolving disputes and complaints, including:

• Providing information about subjects with signs and acts of violating the law on Tabtab.me to competent state management agencies when detecting or receiving the above information;

• Regularly updating keywords according to recommendations from competent state management agencies and filtering information by keywords before information is displayed on Tabtab.me.

Receiving and responding to information to resolve complaints, reflections and disputes related to Tabtab.me at the Ministry of Industry and Trade's E-commerce Management Information Portal at online.gov.vn when requested by competent state agencies (If any).
