IX.4. Responsibilities of Tabtab.me Advertisers

Provide, update fully and accurately the required member information when registering to use the service on Tabtab.me.

Provide complete information about real estate and real estate-related services according to this Regulation, the provisions of law as well as the requirements when posting on Tabtab.me.

Ensure the accuracy and honesty of the content of the posted news provided and posted on Tabtab.me.

Members will be responsible for the confidentiality and retention of all activities when participating in using the service on Tabtab.me.

Provide information about the real estate transactions they participate in when requested by competent state agencies.

Members are responsible for the content, images, information provided and posted on Tabtab.me as well as the entire transaction process between the parties.

Members are responsible for promptly notifying Tabtab.me of any unauthorized use, abuse, security breach, or retention of member account names and passwords so that both parties can cooperate in handling them.

Members commit and agree not to use Tabtab.me's services for illegal, unreasonable, fraudulent, threatening, illegal information gathering, destructive purposes, creating and spreading viruses that damage the system, configuration, and transmission of Tabtab.me's information, or using their services for speculative purposes, market manipulation, counterfeit goods, including for the purpose of judging market demand. In case of violation, members must be responsible for their actions before the law.

Members commit not to change, edit, copy, disseminate, distribute, provide, and create similar tools to the services provided by Tabtab.me to a third party without the written consent of Tabtab.me.

Members are not allowed to act in any way that damages the reputation of Tabtab.me, such as causing disunity among members by using a second registration name, through a third party, or propagating and disseminating information that is not beneficial to the reputation of Tabtab.me.

In case the Advertiser provides information of any third party to Tabtab.me, the Advertiser commits that the Advertiser has obtained the necessary agreement from that third party to share, transfer, provide and post that information on Tabtab.me.

Comply with the provisions of the law on intellectual property rights, advertising and other relevant legal provisions.

Comply with other obligations as prescribed by law.
