IV.3. Payment for real estate purchase/sale/lease/rent transactions

• The poster and the buyer/seller/lease/rent/members discuss and agree on the content and terms of payment for real estate (If any). Tabtab.me does not participate in the payment process or any activities or content of the agreement in the transaction between the two parties.

• Because the real estate transaction process is not carried out through Tabtab.me, Tabtab.me recommends that the Advertiser and the buyer/seller/lessor/renter or the parties in need agree on the transaction and payment method according to the provisions of law. Tabtab.me recommends that the parties in need make payment for real estate transactions through secured forms such as bank transfer (Payment order) based on contracts, invoices, and other legal documents as a basis for dispute resolution and complaints (If any).
