VI.4. Control of posted product information

Tabtab.me has a mechanism for checking and monitoring to ensure that the information provided by sellers on the e-commerce trading floor is accurate and complete. In addition, Tabtab.me also has regulations on what information cannot be posted, the specific control mechanism and process as follows:

• Posted news must be in the correct category, sub-category, and area. The copyright of the posted news belongs to the member posting the news.

• Only posts are allowed for the purpose of posting real estate for sale/lease. Posts for advertising and marketing purposes only and not related to any specific real estate, not showing the need for real estate transactions are not allowed. Accordingly, Tabtab.me strictly prohibits the posting of goods and services on the list of prohibited goods and services for business according to current legal regulations.

In addition, the posting must comply with the following general regulations:

• The posting must be in Vietnamese, with accents, lowercase letters, only capitalize the first sentence and proper nouns, correct spelling, coherent and clear sentences, and no special characters.

• The posting must not contain vulgar or sensitive words that are not appropriate for public morality, and must not post information or mention politicians, celebrities, religions, etc.

• Do not post duplicate postings in any form, duplicate postings will be taken down.

• The posting must be in the correct category, category, and address of the real estate for sale/lease. Each posting can only post for sale or for rent, and cannot post both for sale and for rent at the same time.

• The posting for sale/lease of real estate must be filled in with complete information in the information fields on the posting interface according to the posting content.

• If the posting is for a project, it is necessary to clearly state the name of the real estate project for sale/lease.

• You absolutely must not copy advertising content from other advertisers. In case Tabtab.me receives a complaint from a customer and determines that your posting is a copy of the content, your posting may be deleted or edited without prior notice. - The posting must comply with the regulations stated in the advertising law, not providing false or misleading information about the quality and service of the product. Do not use methods of direct comparison of prices and service quality of similar products of other organizations and individuals. When using the words "best", "only", "number one", … or words with similar meanings, customers must have documents and certifications according to the law on advertised information when requested by competent authorities.
