V.8. No advertising calls

If the User has provided Us with the User's telephone number(s) and indicated that the User agrees to receive other marketing or advertising information via the User's telephone numbers, then from time to time, We may contact the User using those telephone numbers with information about our Services even if these telephone numbers are registered with the competent State Registration Authority. However, the User may notify us in writing if the User does not wish us to contact the User's telephone number for such purposes.

Without the User's express consent, We will not disclose the User's Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Consent to disclose the User's Information to third parties, for the purpose of receiving marketing information, is given through our registration form, either online or on paper.
