VIII.1. Rights of the Tabtab.me management board

Tabtab.me has the right to change, edit, add or remove any content in this Regulation at any time. The changes will be updated on Tabtab.me and take effect after 05 days from the date of posting as a prior notice to all members. All members/posters are obliged to self-check and update the changes. In case the member/poster continues to use Tabtab.me after the changes are posted, it means that the member/poster accepts the changes and is bound by all these changes.

Tabtab.me management board has the right to edit, revise or delete any information that violates the specific level without explaining the reason and prior notice. If repeated, the violating information and member account will be deleted or processed according to this Regulation or the provisions of law.

Tabtab.me may terminate or temporarily block a member's access to all or any of the member account's utilities on Tabtab.me without notice to the member when Tabtab.me has reason to believe that the member violates the Terms of this Regulation or violates the policies that Tabtab.me has issued, or with other actions that Tabtab.me believes are harmful to Tabtab.me and other users.

Tabtab.me may immediately terminate the member's right to use the service and membership if Tabtab.me discovers:

• The member has gone bankrupt, been convicted or is serving a sentence.

• In case the member continues to operate in a manner that may harm Tabtab.me such as fraud, counterfeiting, market disruption, or disunity among other members of Tabtab.me.

• Members who have violated consumer rights or violated current laws of Vietnam.

• There are documents from competent state agencies verifying signs of law violations by members and/or while waiting for the competent authorities to conclude on the violations of the poster.

In case of termination of membership rights and service usage rights, all certificates and rights of members that have been granted will be automatically terminated and become invalid.

Tabtab.me retains the copyright to the business services and content on the Tabtab.me e-commerce trading floor according to the provisions of the law on intellectual property protection in Vietnam. All acts of copying, using and illegally disseminating the above ownership rights are strictly prohibited.

The images attached to this Regulation are for illustrative purposes and to guide users. Tabtab.me has the right to change and update the interface of the Tabtab.me e-commerce trading floor, including unlimited colors, layouts, and information arrangements. Depending on the nature and extent of the change, Tabtab.me has the right to choose to notify users.

Tabtab.me reserves the right to change the service price list and payment methods for services on Tabtab.me during the time of providing services to members according to the needs, conditions and capabilities of Tabtab.me. Tabtab.me will notify members in advance when there are any changes.

In the event that the Advertiser/Account Registrant dies, Tabtab.me will comply with current legal regulations to process the personal data of the Account Registrant/Advertiser as well as other related issues after receiving complete legal records/documents in accordance with current legal regulations.
