VII. Responsibility in case of technical errors

Tabtab.me commits to making efforts to ensure the safety and stability of the entire technical system. In case of an incident due to Tabtab.me's fault, Tabtab.me will immediately apply remedial measures to ensure the rights of members.

Tabtab.me's management board commits to providing the best quality service to members participating in transactions. In case of technical errors, software errors or other objective errors that prevent members from participating in transactions, members shall notify the Tabtab.me Administration Board using the following contact information:

Tabtab.me Administration Board will notify members when there is a technical problem. In case of hacker attack, the Administration Board will try to protect the Member's account data. Members are responsible for cooperating with the Administration Board when requested to verify related information.

Tabtab.me's administration is not responsible for resolving cases where members' notifications do not reach the administration, or errors arising from technology, transmission lines, software or other errors not caused by Tabtab.me's fault.
