VI.6. Procedure for coordinating the handling of intellectual property violations

Tabtab.me will coordinate with the Poster and related individuals/organizations to review intellectual property violations on Tabtab.me, specifically as follows:

• Any individual/organization can submit a complaint along with legal evidence proving the intellectual property violation of the content posted on Tabtab.me.

• Based on the information and content of the complaint, Tabtab.me will send the complaint information to the Poster who posted the information.

• In case the Poster cannot provide evidence of the legal use of such information, Tabtab.me will apply the sanctions specified in Section 3 above.
