1. Information provided by Consumers

We collect the Information that Consumers provide to Us including but not limited to full name (For foreigners, proper names are transcribed in Vietnamese or expressed in Latin characters), gender, date of birth, email, tax code, address, phone number, occupation, workplace and other necessary information as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 36 of Decree 52/2013/ND-CP on e-commerce, contact information, payment information, financial information, information related to real estate, assets, products and/or services that the User is interested in. This may occur, for example:

• When the Consumer conducts a transaction with Us related to the Service.

• When the Consumer registers an account to use the Service with Us.

• When a Consumer contacts our customer service or sales department via email, phone, chat or in person to resolve any issues the User has or other requests from the User.

• When a Consumer subscribes to the Services, receives notifications via email, SMS, or newsletters that we provide.

• When a Consumer logs into any of our services via social media such as facebook, zalo, or linkedin, or other digital platforms such as Google or Apple.

• When a Consumer completes forms or transactions such as loan information request forms or rental and background check forms.

• When a Consumer posts and contributes materials on our Website.

• When a Consumer applies for a job directly with us via social media or through referrals designated by the User.

• Consumers may provide information about third parties through the Service, for example, if the User shares a real estate listing with a recipient via email or text message or other means. By providing such information to us, the User represents and warrants to us that the User has obtained the consent of the third party for the User to provide Us with their Information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

• Consumer information is being collected by Us at the account registration step and in the User Personal Information Management function according to the following images (images are for illustrative purposes only and may change frequently from time to time but the main content is still guaranteed to remain the same):
