# Trợ lý Kinh doanh Cho thuê

### **Công việc kiểu:**

* Hỗ trợ các công việc marketing & kinh doanh trong mảng cho thuê văn phòng & thương mại.
* Có khả năng động viên, khích lệ toàn team cũng như xây dựng văn hóa team phát triển & đạt mục tiêu KPI
* Có thể trở thành chuyên viên tư vấn cho thuê.

### **tabtab.me mong muốn:**

* Ít nhất 6 tháng kinh nghiệm ở bất cứ ngành nghề nào (Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm về BĐS)
* Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng thuyết phục khách hàng
* Ngoại hình ưa nhìn, tác phong chuyên nghiệp
* Sinh viên năm cuối hoặc vừa tốt nghiệp CĐ/ĐH

### và các bạn sẽ được:

* Lương cơ bản: 7 – 10 triệu/tháng thêm doanh số của team (Không giới hạn thu nhập)
* Được hướng dẫn, đào tạo các kiến thức về sản phẩm, kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán với Khánh hàng, trở thành chuyên viên tư vấn chuyên nghiệp.
* Được hưởng chế độ BHXH, cơ chế phúc lợi đầy đủ, khám sức khỏe định kỳ.
