# Senior Developer (Backend/Full-stack – Proptech)

### Bạn sẽ làm gì?

* Viết code chuẩn SOLID, idiomatic, maintainable cho service core sau này scale hàng triệu requests phức tạp.
* Thiết kế high‑performance RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, tối ưu CPU/RAM/IO.
* Triển khai CI/CD pipelines, Docker/K8s/OpenShift, đảm bảo deployment zero‑downtime.
* Thực hiện code review, audit security-vulnerabilities, enforce code style (linting, unit test ≥ 80%).
* Mentor team Middle/Junior Developer, setup PR review flow, pair‑programming, TDD/BDD.
* Xử lý production bugs/profiling, implement monitoring & logging (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack…).

* Có **≥ 5 – 7 năm kinh nghiệm** backend (Node.js, Java, PHP Laravel) và ưu tiên Full‑stack (Vue/Nuxt/React).

* Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với SaaS + white-label.
