# Chuyên viên Tư vấn Thuê Văn phòng

### **Công việc kiểu:**

1. Tìm kiếm khách hàng có nhu cầu thuê văn phòng & trung tâm thương mại tại HN, Hồ Chí Minh, Đà Nẵng (⇒ Đây là thị trường ngách và cốt lõi của công ty hơn 10 năm)
2. Nắm bắt nhu cầu khách hàng, tư vấn cho khách hàng các giải pháp về mặt bằng
3. Thường xuyên tìm kiếm, khai thác, cập nhật thông tin những dự án bất động sản nhằm phục vụ tốt nhất cho việc tư vấn của công ty.

### **tabtab.me mong muốn:**

1. Ít nhất 6 tháng kinh nghiệm ở bất cứ ngành nghề nào. Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm về mảng BĐS.
2. Có năng lượng, dám làm, thêm nữa là *kiên trì*
3. Dưới 26 tuổi.

### **Quyền lợi**

1. Không giới hạn thu nhập, lương cơ bản 7 – 10 triệu/tháng + hoa hồng 15-35% theo doanh số.
2. Được đánh giá xem xét tăng lương 2 lần/năm, đồng thời được thỏa thuận lương bất cứ thời điểm nào.
3. Được đào tạo kỹ năng làm việc chuyên nghiệp & xuất sắc.
