# 5.1 Cài đặt đầu tiên

Tạo quản lý phòng/ban để quản lý nhân sự dễ dàng của tổ chức

**1:** Ấn vào avatar (góc trên phải)

**2:** Ấn vào Quản lý

Trong mục Tổ chức sẽ thấy

**Tổ chức**

**1:** Thay đổi tên

**2:** Thay đổi logo

**1:** (Nút 6 chấm) Tính năng này thay đổi vị trí trên menu (danh mục). Nhấn và giữ để di chuyển

**2:** (Nút hình bút) Nhấn để đổi tên tính năng.

**3:** (icon 3 chấm) Nhấn để cài đặt nâng cao cho tính năng

**4: Trang chủ:** Chọn tên tính năng này sẽ mặc định làm Trang chủ

**5: Kích hoạt -** bật hay tắt để dùng hay không dùng tính năng này.

**Màu sắc:**

Có 6 loại màu khác nhau tùy vào thương hiệu, sở thích của mỗi doanh nghiệp.&#x20;

Khi chọn màu này thì tất cả các màu, ở các trang và trải nghiệm sẽ tuân theo nguyên tắc của màu này.

Khi di chuyển chuột vào khung sẽ hiện ra nút "Thêm"&#x20;

Để thêm các phòng ban:

**1:** Thêm/sửa avatar

**2:** Thêm/sửa tên phòng ban

**3:** Nếu có phòng ban cha thì nhập để tạo cây hệ thống cha con

Có 3 cách để thêm nhân sự vào phòng ban

**1:** Nếu đã thêm user, chỉ cần nhập tên là xuất hiện

**2: Sao chép** - ấn vào đây và gửi link/liên kết này cho người cần thêm vào

**3: QR Code** - down về và gửi cho người cần thêm vào.

Quản trị viên sẽ có toàn quyền để quản trị hệ thống, cài đặt.v.v.v., các quyền này sẽ dưới quyền của Chủ sở hữu

Vấn vào danh sách chọn để chọn bất cứ ai làm Quản trị viên.

Lưu ý: phải thêm nhân sự vào Tổ chức rồi mới phân quyền bất cứ ai làm Quản trị viên được
